Threat Intelligence

Hello Community,

Since our mail server have moved it's reported as high risk regarding to email reputation ( even though it was not on any black lists. Reverse dns and spf are properly configured.

Some of our customers are now saying the mail from our server are considered as spam, how do I get taken off of the high treat list?

Re: Threat Intelligence

Moved provisionally to SiteAdvisor Enterprise as a better spot to get this sorted out.   I'll move it again should anyone think I should.

Re: Threat Intelligence

fixed.  Unfortunately your hosting company previously decided to sell a swath of their ip space to spammers and you suffer from that association.
