I am requesting help in restoring SiteAdvisor in Google Chrome.
Several weeks ago, SiteAdvisor search result ratings disappeared from my Google Chrome browser. I launched Internet Explorer and the SiteAdvisor ratings are still showing in that browser. The SiteAdvisor logo in the Google Chrome browser is grayed out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled SiteAdvisor and the settings in Google Chrome show SiteAdvisor is "enabled."

Virtual Technician 126.96.36.199 (as shown in the Windows Control Panel Programs)
SecurityCenter 14.0.8185 (as shown in the Windows Control Panel Programs)
Is there a reason why you would want to have the consumer (Web Advisor) and enterprise (Site Advisor) versions of the product installed on the same endpoint? Could you remove one of them and check if it works?
