Hey guys,
we´re using the latest EPO and SAE Versions.
It often happens that I see some Agents reporting that SAE is not functional in Internet Explorer.
When i log on to the systems and open IE i see it´s working fine.
Is this a bug or are we missing something in the configuration?

There is inconsistency( known issue ) in functional in IE , Chrome and FF reporting.
In you are using SAE35 P4 then please check "SiteAdvisor Enterprise Protection Status" to get more accurate functional status of SAE on client machine.
