Check out for the policy workaround. We had the same issue and this fixed the crashes. SAE still works, the tool bar just goes away.

Go to policy catalog for SiteAdvisor Enterprise Plus 3.5.0 > Enable/Disable

Deselect the enabled checkbox for "

What's even more annoying about this is that the free version of SiteAdvisor works fine with IE11. Way to show that your paying customers are important!
