working here on firefox and chrome, system needed a reboot for it to all kick in.
Also firefox and chrome can disable the plugin which is a pain. Check to see if the plugin is there but just disabled. (Chrome has started to randomly do this as well)
Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not the case with me. It was working and suddenly I noticed it wasn't showing me results when I did a search. Any other suggestions?
I had Firefox open a few days ago and it wasn't working in there either.Message was edited by: Nikilet on 7/29/13 11:04:18 PM GMT-06:00
we entered a case with mcafee as the issue with chrome auto disabling the plugin as it became more prevelant.
Also when deploying site advisor to new builds it wouldnt activate in the first place!
Apparently chrome version 22/24 or something is the tested/supported version. So chrome updates every 6 weeks so they just dont support new versions which is a joke to say the least.
Is the plugin there but disabled? Or not there at all for your install?
