I'm writing here because I did not get any response from form McAfee, Inc - Threat Feedback.
Our main smtp send server is marked as a High Risk and some messages are not delivered to recipients with error: "554 Transaction Failed".
Smtp server ip are 22.214.171.124 & 126.96.36.199
Domain associated with airtel.com.
I have checked:
* Static Public IP address (it is not a dynamic IP address)
* DNS - MX records
* DNS - SPF records
* ISP DNS - reverse PTR records
and it is correct.
Please let me know how should i approach SAE and Trusted Source - Moderator for removal of the Email False Positive IP address.
