Catdaddy when you get a couple mins can you see if you can get selvan or someone else again? I have not heard anything, but the end of last week was busy so that was ok.

I am sorry, it has been unusally hectic on both the Consumer/Corporate side the past month or so. With all the transitioning between Intel/McAfee. I will once again ping my Contacts. Hopefully you will hear something very soon.

I have been busy on the Consumer side of the equation. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hello all,

we often see wrong website categories when implementing web security solutions. We often see the problem with website hosters. This means, one IP is hosting several different websites with different domains and different services. No the problem is, when using forward/backward DNS the DNS Domain may be safe, but the IP address behind the Domain is risky.

In such a case you have two options.

- openening a ticket at www.trustedsource.org.

- if this does not help, change your policy to whitelist the domain.

Root "exchange.infotraxsys.com" is listed as minimal risk:

For giggles, double check your clients IP isn't being blacklisted:

MultiRBL.valli.org - Blacklist, Whitelist and FCrDNS check tool

Blocklist Removal Center - The Spamhaus Project

Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted

I checked blacklists again (mxtoolbox) i don't see anything showing up. the issue is with the email sending out to them not the site. the server is only sending emails not hosting.

Below is what shows for our IP. the 2 clients we send emails to both have McAfee threat intelligence and wont accept emails because they have there rules to not allow high risk. This makes since to me but i dont know why or how to see what is causing us to be listed as high. This is what I'm trying to get fixed.

IP did show up on one blacklist ... I wouldn't think that one blacklist is all it takes for a "High Risk" rating: MultiRBL.valli.org - Results of the query 216.83.154.205
