Thankfully Peacekeeper gave you the correct Customer Service number....

I might add that I elect to always (call) and renew well in advance of my "Expiry" date. This way I am self assured that Customer Service is immediately informed, and I automatically am affirmed that there wil be no interruption of protecton,and sent a "Confirmation Email (CS-Customer Reciept-Proof of purchase) so "All is good in the Neighborhood"....
