vnc viewer black screen as asleep and cannot wake up - wake on lan?

Hi,

 

I have VNC viewer.

The windows 10 computer seems to sleep and VNC viewer on my iPhone doesn't wake it.

How can I wake my computer?

Is it wake on lan?  If so, how do enable this with McAfee?
