When I click on View Logs under recent events, the window that should show the log details just says "No logs exist". All the panes in this window (including the left hand navigation pane pane) are blank.
I'm running Security Center 9.3, Virus Scan 13.3 and Firewall 10.3.
I tried Virtual Technician, which did not find any problems.
What is the Version of Operating system you use? What type of internet connection you use (DLS/Cable/wireless)? Did you use any third party security software along with McAfee (Norton, AVG, etc…) if you have kindly remove it from the add and remove program. What is the version of the Internet explorer you use?
