problem with virus scan home edition subscription

I have downloaded virus scan home edition and installed on my laptop. But after installation it is showing as my subscription was expired.

Actually I got this licence from my company.

I tried by reinstalling also, but no use......

Hi,

Since the programs were provided by the company , could you please confirm whether they are home versions or enterprise products ?

If possible try to attach a screen shot of your security center .

Can you please provide some additonal information on this such as;

Did you make any recent changes for the computer like a system restore ?

Make sure that the system clock is set right as per your time zone!

What is the operating system of the computer ?

Yes, clock is correct.

Hi,

Run this tool and it will display the email address with which you have registered your mcafee products; check whether it displays the current one or any old email address.

But I fixed this problem by installing older version of software and then updating it later.

Now it is working fine.
