problem with security and parental controls

it keeps changing is my computer protect to yellow and telling me that it is not protected but when i press fix it work for a couple of minutes and goes back to yellow. Also when i enter advanced parent controls it says an internal error has occured and if i try to turn on the keyword filtering the whole program shuts down

Are you on a vista machine?

Run MVT and post the session id if possible

i am on a vista and when i run mvt it tells me no problems and the session id # is 16058809 thanks for trying to help

See if disabling the vista's parental control helps?
