i'm facing some problem in my project ,we are using jboss 6.1.0 version.
solution for that issue is have to stop real time scanning.
so i want to edit firewall settings to allow jboss and java . how to do that?
please advise me.
IF RTS is needed to be stopped is it detecting them as a virus ie what actually happens when you run them. If it is a detection that you feel is false you need to submit the relevant files to McAfee as per
reply to the auto detection email changing the subject to false +ve and name of detection. Say why you think it is not an infection and where the files come from. Email back and if no fix in 4 days post back here and I will stir things up.
This is if it is a RTS issue if it is an firewall issue I would have thought disabling the firewall would have allowed it not RTS. The firewall setting that can be changed is internet connection for programs where you can allow access of the program to the net or visa versa.
So if either above no help can you elaborate on what is happening.Message was edited by: Peacekeeper on 6/01/14 7:07:57 PM
Moved this from Community to SecurityCenter for better support. Can move again if necessary.Message was edited by: Ex_Brit on 06/01/14 6:27:16 EST AM
Please isolate if the issue is with RTS or Firewall or both by Turning Off each / both of them and running your application. Post back the results so that I can suggest you further steps..!
