how can add folders to exceptions in total protection 2010?

hi, i have Mcafee total protection in my pc and have problems with a pair of software and "antihack" system in online games, the problem is that they do not initiate or cause conflicts, I just leave those folders and sub-folders that were not examined in real time mode

I should do?

Hmm Do you want to "trust" those programs ie not have real time scanner scan them as they are found as viruses (maybe falsly?)

If found does Mcafee give you an option to "trust" the file?
