Your Computer is not protected

I had to do a recovery on my laptop. I reinstalled V9.15 security center for mcafee and now it continues to tell me that the phishing in my spamkiller is outdated, but it won't let me download the current version or ignore it. What can I do? I've uninstalled and installed three separate times.
