So today I refreshed my PC yesterday, and I did the setup.
I then tried to turn on McAfee but the firewall wouldn't turn on, but the Real Time protection scan worked for that instant.
So I rebooted and the problem occurred again, but I installed the MVT, and it worked for the Anti-Spam protection, but not for the firewall, then the Real-Time protection didn't work, and kept turning off inevitably after a few minutes.
So I came here to ask this question, anyone can help?
Moved to Consumer > SecurityCenter as a better spot for this.
Is Win 8 up to date, including, even if you never use it, IE11 ? (McAfee interface relies on it).
Do you have or did you have any other security software installed?

Yes windows 8.1 is up to date, and yes, IE11 is up to date, since I recently installed some updates
And I never had anything else installed, since McAfee was preinstalled
Well other than contacting Tech Support as I suggested I don't have too many ideas. You could try opening the interface and open Updates and have it check for any, that sometimes kicks things into gear, so to speak.
Failing that working you could try a complete uninstall, cleanup and reinstall as per this FAQ: How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MC...
Other than that, Tech Support is your best bet.
