Unexpextedly have McAfee running in Task Manager

I just noticed the following tasks in Task Manager: McAfee Access Protection, McAfee Core Firewall Service, McAfee Management Service, McAfee PEF Service, McAfee Process Validation Service.

McAfee was preinstalled when I bought this desktop two years ago but I uninstalled it and installed another product that I had licensed so I was surprised to see these tasks running. How do I get rid of them permanently? They do not show up in Settings/Apps/Apps & Features and I can't find anything on the Start Menu.

I suspect I might have missed unchecking something when I updated Adobe and these got installed inadvertently, but I have no idea where they came from or what product they are associated with.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. There should be some traces still present on the computer. Please access the below article that contains a MCPR tool. This will remove the traces of McAfee from the computer.
