we have tried to activate McAfee 3Y License Ver:11.0 but not done, so request you to please help us for the same..

Could you describe what product you are using? It looks like a consumer product (you may have a better response positing it under Home and Home Office section of this communities site.

How was the McAfee programs installed on the PC ? Using a cd or from your account page in McAfee site ?
Did you previously have any othr McAfee suite on this computer ?
