Glad you are OK. By the way I removed your email address from a post above as it isn't a good idea to ever publish personal information in a public forum.

We do out best here, but true technical support is elsewhere as you discovered.

I would add that Our admin did suggest reinstall in post 6 so we were thinking along the same line as chat just it is hard to return to every1 immediately.

Unsure why the email link did not work and will get it checked
