Subscription still due to expire after upgrade

Hello,

My subscription was due to expire in 4 days for McAfee SecurityCenter.

I bought the latest version of SecurityCenter 9.0 on CD, and installed it expecting
my subscription to be renewed for another year. However is still says that it
is due to expire shortly.

When I log into to my account I see :-

My Protection Products

McAfee Internet Security
Subscription: 1 PCs You Can Protect: 1 | Protect More
Expiration Date History Download
30/12/2009[Renew] View Download[Help]

3-User McAfee Internet Security
Subscription: 1 PCs You Can Protect: 3 | Protect More
Expiration Date History Download
03/01/2009[Renew] View Download[Help]

So, my 3-user MIS bought a year ago is about to expire, and it has recognised
the new MIS that I just installed. But how do I get MIS running on my PC to update with the new subscription details expiring 30/12/2009???

Is there something else I need to do? Any help appreciated.

Neil

Yes..
remove the McAfee
Run the uninstall tool MCPR

then reboot
install from CD and then use another email address to register not the same one you used last time..
If you wish to use the same one contact Customer service and ask them to remove the expired products from your old email address:)
