I am receiving a notice that I need to renew my subscription. I received a response email from McAfee saying that I had a current subscription under an old email. I cannot figure out how to get my subscription recognized. Can someone help me solve this quandry?
I would suggest that you call McAfee Customer service and check that out. if there are multiple email addresses make sure you remove the old subscription and move the current one to the email address you use and prefer.
Once this is done you may remove and re-install the products from the new email address if you still get message for renewal on the computer
