Sory for the late reply, seems we're pretty busy here and with our lives too... wink But you say you are using IE7, which is an old version of the browser. The latest version is 8. That also raises the question about the Windows software... What are you using and what version is it? Have you checked lately for any patches and/or updates? Check here at: Microsoft Update.
Regarding the McAfee software, I would suggest you do a complete uninstall and reinstall of the software.
