Recently I have had a lot of problems with my McAfee security center and so McAfee technical support downloaded a new version. It is version 12.8. What I am wondering about is that on my old version when I went into the security history all the logs showed up of what was being attempted on my computer. Now only my security scans are showing and nothing else. Is this a problem or is this the way the new version security center 12.8 works. This is the first time on the site so I am not sure where I should have posted this so I am sorry if I am not in the right area.
It takes several days for the logs to populate, also it takes quite a while sometimes for them to load.
You are looking in the same spot as myself I assume...Navigation then Security History over at the left under Reports and History..?
Thanks for answering. Yes I am looking in the same place as that. I just had that done( new security center) yesterday so I will wait and see what happens. I asked the technician about that because I was concerned but I never really got an answer from him. He told me that the logs from the past would be wiped off but I was assuming that the new logs would occur when I was using the computer and that hasn't happened.
