I am not able to load AV 2013 Plus on my machine which is Windows 7. Every time I go on to the chat session with the Team to try and resolve this issue they eventually try to uninstall the previous version (which was AV 2012 and that I have already uninstalled). The Download process is too tedious (takes about 4 hours to download the AV 2013) and then once it tries to install I receicve a message Installation Failure. The First line support team are aware of this and even the Second line team had tried to resolve this but have not success till date.
I need a resolution to this soon as I am out of AV in my machine and that my product is already activiated.

It was wonderful working with you. As we found it's an issue with the windows installer , Kindly contact recommended support and install exe file extractor and then install McAfee.
Kindly post back , if you have any further issue.
Done that.. even installed JAVA successfully and then tried to reinstall AV 2013.. still says.. installation incomplete...
Well we can see this issue tomorrow... need to get this sorted out soon now...

You have posted the case number in the title which help McAfee support to pull up your interactions with McAfee.
Nehal is a Tier 2 Support, he will try his best on this issue. Anyhow please see the below thread and post me the logs asked in the thread to identify the cause of the issue

I tried to re-install in the morning today.. but still had the same failure.
