Network connection blank with Integrity Control

Hello guys, I am facing a problem on a pc with Windows 7 and Integrity Control installed and enabled.

Suddenly my network connection is not working anymore and the details windows is blank and this is happening the second time after I installed IC. 

I wasn't able to find a solution yet to solve this and first time I had to reinstall OS. I tried almost everything but without result.. Do you have any idea? Thank you!
