When I try to update manually, I get the error message in the title of the thread. I ran the Virtual Technician several times and I continue to get the message that the Dat is out of date. I tried to chat with techsupport and it would not connect. What do I do next? Thank you for any help.
EDIT: I have tried to contact McAfee techsupport via chat and via telephone but the form I fill out online, after I press on "Submit" will not submit. It bounces back, so to speak. And I hit "submit" again. Is there a number I can call?

click on my name " Nehal Jojo Jacob ". Then my profile will be opening. In that page ; In the right top coner you will see an heading " Action ". Underneath of action , there is an option stating private message. click on it and send it to me. If you are sending me now then i call now itself.
