When I run the McAfee Virtual Technician it say's: "McAfee Virtual Technician cannot check your computer"..."Cannot find McAfee products on your system. Click here to find list of supported products". How do I get rid of this message, every time I run this & the "results" are always the same?
This happens usually when your computer is behind an external firewall such as a router or a commercial server. It also seems to happen with products downloaded from 3rd party suppliers, such as Dell, MSN, AOL, Comcast etc.
