ModuleCoreServices.exe 11.5 gb of RAM?

I've noticed paging recently and was wondering why with 16gb of ram so I looked at memory process to find that the ModuleCoreService.exe is holding 11.5gb of memory and slowly growing. Why is an AV process holding 2/3 of my total memory? Is this being looked at? It's pretty hard to keep using an AV that has a memory leak that causes the OS to crash.
