McCafee has hijacked my new PC

McCafee has hijacked my new PC..I bought a new PC and it had McCafee installed and now it wants me to buy it after the free trial ended...I don't want it nor am I able to pay online...every time I delete all instances of it..it just comes back up and reinstalls..over and over and over etc. This is not right and McCafee has no right to hijack my PC and try to force me to keep it. What should I do to stop this?

I don't want McCafee security on my PC!

Thank you

RE: McCafee has hijacked my new PC

It obviously isn't fully uninstalled.

Run the MCPR tool linked in my signature. Run it twice if necessary, rebooting after each run.

I would like to thank you for your help..it worked like a charm and I can now breath easier silly Don't have to deal with the constant reloading of McCafee.

I have used McCafee for many years and have always been happy with it...I will buy a copy of it at the local PC store since it works seamlessly with this pc..I had no way to purchase it via the web so your help was key

My faith in McCafee has been restored and you are an asset to this site and them.

Thanks again
