Please Uninstall MVT from Control Panel and Reinstall from mvt.mcafee.com . Re-run MVT to see if this Missing file message appears and post back the outcome here..!
I presume that you downloaded MVT from mvt.mcafee.com after you figured out this error. Please post back the MVT Session ID and grab the Supportability logs from %appdata%\McAfee\Supportability\MVTLogs\Results\result.xml for proceeding further.
Also post back the version of MVT itself..!
