I lost Internet connection several days after my McAfee 2010 Total Protection expired. I removed the software and installed McAfee 2011 Total Protection. Still unable to connect. Please help.
My PC is a Gateway laptop running Windows 7
I already tried turning off Firewall. Didn't solve the problem.
Internet works with my work laptop, so the problem with my home laptop is for sure McAfee related.
When you removed it did you use the removal tool?
