I cannot activate the product, McAfee Internet Security 2009.

Dear All,

I have installed McAfee Internet Security 2009 on my client's PC, since 4 April 2010.

When my client did not update anti-virus for along time , it's out date and then I support them by re-install the product.

The installation process is complete perfectly, no warning, no error.

The problem is I cannot activate the product. The message "No internet connection found".

I don't know why ? the network still work normally. I can check e-mail at yahoo and search from google as usual.

Note: PC Pentium-4, Windows XP sp2

I 'd like to correct the product name:

It is McAfee Internet Security Suite 2010 - 3 user (Box)

Hi Amnat,

Please check the below before trying to activate the product,

Check for windows update and install the same.

Do you have any other security software installed on the computer. (if so remove the same)

Let us know what is the type of your internet connection you use in the computer ?
Did you previously use any other security software in the computer ?
