Hi, I download Total Protection, the installation was completed and succesful. Security center displays protected, but I can't acces Total protection to run a scan or any other task. I tried to contact support through the chat, but after typing all my info, insted of directing me to a chat, it redirects me to support home page (I tried several times). I contact support on another computer but they couldn't help me, instead they give me a customer# where I called and they couldn't help me neither. How can I get help to solve this issue?

What is the operating system in the computer?
Do we receive any error message while running a scan ? (If possible attach a screen shot of the error)
Run mcafee virtual teachnician from this link : http://mvt.mcafee.com and post me your session id.
Do we have any other security software installed on the computer ?
