Computer is not fully protected and Blank Screen

Whenever I start my computer I receive a message displaying "Your computer is not fully protected". When I click "Fix this problem" McAfee begins to open in a new window but the window never loads. All that loads is the border of the window and the McAfee logo in the top corner.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Any ideas?
