I purchased an additional McAfee protection for my older laptop after receiving my new one.
After I click on Download, I get an error page that the link is broken. When I click to see why, it says "the webpage is not available."
I cannot open this link. Please help or advise how I can get a refund?

Could you please provide some additional information about the computer ;
What is the computer’s operating system ? (Win xp/7/vista)
How is the computer currently connected to internet ? (Wireless/cable)
Do you have any other security software installed in the computer ?
