I can't seem to open my McAfee Anti-Virus Plau. It opens a white window on my desktop, but I don;t have access to the products menu anymore. I can't even run a scan. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you rectify it? It just happened to me last week.

Please let me know the version of your internet explorer ?
Open IE, click Help - click about Internet explorer and check whether cipher strenght and product id are displayed
