Can't include "zipped" file in email

I am trying to send an supposedly infected file to McAfee. I restored it, zipped it password protected, turned off both virus control and email scanning, yet everytime I try to insert the zipped file in my email, McAfee still pops up and quarantines and deletes the zipped file!

Any suggestions?

You will have to disable VirusScan first.
Double-click the taskbar icon to open Security Center
Click Advanced Menu (bottom left)
Click Configure (left)
Click Computer & Files (top left)
You can disable VirusScan in the right-hand module and tell it for how long.
