12029 Error when downloading from comcast

I have been through the forums all over trying to find out why I get the 12029 error message when I try to install the suite from comcast. I've tried allowing it through my firewall, tried disabling the firewall, made sure there are no antivirus programs. Someone please help. And if it helps, I'm running Vista. Thanks.
