"No packet data available" when trying to get packet details for events

Every event I try to pull a packet for to check the raw event info, I receive a "No packet data available" message. I seem to remember a place to configure this, not sure if there actually is a spot for this. I'm also looking for some info on troubleshooting packet retrieval.

Set your time frame to current day and select a data source.

Under Events, Go to Packet Click on Retrieve Packet

If you are not seeing a packet, you may want to check your receiver.  Packets are retairned for only a certain period of time
