mcafee esm the alarm in the mail is empty

Peace.
This is on version 11.1.3.
The email alerts started to come empty of content, attaching a photo:

I would love to help Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Is this only affecting the email alert from the alarm or are the source events of the correlation rule also not loading?

Hi, The source events in the Correlation tab in the Dashboard are also not showing up.

what should i do?

in the meantime the McAfee support team is not finding the solution (i'm waiting for an expert to assit me)
