SIEM Login issue

Hi,

I can't able to login to SIEM web interface after entering login password,  the login screen is freezing out.

can anybody came across this situation or any suggestion to resolve the issue kindly suggest me.

The issue is resolved after restarting the SIEM following restart process:

1)           On the LCD page, press ALT+F2 and log in using your root credentials.

2)           Type shutdown -r at the command line, and press ENTER to shut the system down

Could be flash issue, try clearing the flash cache. Alternatively, try different browser, perhaps chrome.

Just to make sure credentials are OK, try logging to ESM via SSH with root account and NGCP password.

I have flushed the cache and confirm that password is working fine and able to login to CLI.

What version are you on?

Have you checked /var/log/messages for any errors?

We had luck rebooting the Httpd services.

My general troubleshooting steps with issues like this are: Restart Httpd, cpservices, then full reboot.
