SIEM Agent error could not retrieve channels. Could not connect

Hello

While i have been successfully retrieved WMI events locally where the agent is installed, i have problems trying to retrieve events in remote machine, i have tested in two machine, but the configuration faild when i click add client.

I don't have problems when i enter the IP adress in "Host Name/IP". also i am using administrator accounts.

Posting here for others in the future. This error occurred for me when I failed to properly set the "Host Name/IP" field. The original poster might have been using the wrong IP. I use the hostname in this field personally. Untitled.jpg
