Report email not being sent

We have a scheduled report which runs daily and sends the output file to a list of email addresses. None of the recipients are receiving the email. I can see that the report is running and saving locally. But the email is not working. We have other scheduled reports which work and properly send an email.

Hi,

is it a "inline html" or a "attached html" ?

when it's inline it's more comlicated for the system to send

could be that thats the problem..
is it a heavy query ? a lot of days back ?

Hi,

I have sam problem with one report. The issue started after upgrade form v10.4 to 11.4.2 (now is on 11.4.4).

The problem is with one daily report who not sent on random days and without any pattern. The other daily or weekly reports are notmal.
