Does anyone created or can refer me (official documentation) to a "checklist" of recommended periodic (daily, weekly, monthly...) maintenance tasks in McAfee, minimizing system errors in advance? for example-
-Policy Editor - Performing General Rollout (on all Devices)
-Triggered Alarms (keeping alarms table from overflowing)
Policy Rollout can be performed during off peak hours i.e at 12:00AM midnight as it will take time if you have a lot of datasources. Currently policy rollout is a manual task but you can submit a product idea as per KB60021 to get policy rollout automated at a scheduled time.
Old Triggered alarms can be deleted from the ESM GUI by selecting "View Triggered Alarms" in the right hand side pane of the ESM when you click on "bell" button on the top right hand corner of the GUI.
Shift key on the keyboard can be used to select multiple old triggered alarms and then can be deleted.
