Parsing Windows Logs – Via McAfee Collector

Hi Dear McAfee Support Community,

my customer configured application logs  of a Meta-defender technology to be writing the logs
to the Windows event viewer in a folder named “BX Events”

I must be able to Parse the logs of that folder,

I installed in that server the McAfee Collector but that didn’t help,

McAfee Doesn’t let me parse the logs, even when they come throw the collector, Because some how the software feels its coming form windows. and the system doesn't let us to parse windows events. (and as i explained it's not windows events, it's meta-defender, and besides that it comes from a collector - syslog.)

what is the Solution for the above ?!

Thanks'

Best Regards👍👍👍

David.
