No data seen in ESM - Engine error detected - Snowfactory

Hi guys,

I have installed a Combo VM with version 11.4.2,  I added a windows datasource, and I can´t see any logs on ESM. (The logs arrived at the ERC as I can see in tcpdump)

I have this errors on /var/log/snowfactory

Also in ESM > System Properties >Database, on Shard Column says Write Out Settings.

I try to Write out setting from Clustering section, this action did not show any errors,  but still says Write Out Settings.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
