For some internal activity we required to download around one year logs from ESM. So, Is there any option in the CLI to download all the logs, because if we start downloading this much huge logs using management console, i don't think so its a good option.
Please check and suggest.

The ESM doesn't store customer logs. It stores aggregated, parsed, modified events. If you want logs you need to export these from your ELM - please see KB82518 for the 4 options on how to export data from the ELM. For this request I would recommend using the ELM search option as it can be left to operate unattended.
The ESM does not have a feature large data exports, as these are normally done through the ELM (typically large exports do not want modified, parsed results - they need the original data for analysis). So you would need to export in small batches using the UI or use the API and export in small batches that way.
