Multiple filters cannot be saved in widget (ESM 11.2.x)

 

We have encountered a problem that no one widget can include two or more filters.

It cannot be saved and no error message is shown.

Does anyone know how to solve it?

There were reports of similar issues in 11.2.0 and 11.2.1 - "Unable to Create or Edit Views with AND/OR Logic Statement Filters in HTML5 View" - these are resolved in the following releases (and later):

SIEM - 11.3.0, SIEM - 11.2.0 Hotfix 3, SIEM - 11.2.1 Hotfix 1

What exact version and hotfix are you running?

our version is 11.2.1 20190725.

Could you provide the procedure of update ?version.PNG

Hello There,

You can refer the below KB on how to upgrade to version 11.3.0:

Make sure you install the latest Hot Fix (currently HF13) on all SIEM components once you upgrade them to 11.3.0. You can get the HF and its Release notes by creating a Service Request with McAfee Support.

To create a Service Request, login to support.mcafee.com and click on Service Requests.
