Monitor ESM Health issues with SCOM or SPECTRUM

Hi Dear community!

In the lost months I have experienced several times

A state in which after logging in the system the GUI freezes and doesn't show me anything.

but the server is not down, just the GUI doesn't work.

the solution for that (in the meantime) is just a physical restart to the appliance.

i'm wondering if someone has a idea how to monitor this issue In order to be awer as soon its possible to this issue.

in my network i have 2 devices that could potentially monitor this - 1.) SCOM 2.) Spectrum

does anyone have a idea how to monitor that?
