Mcafee Siem 3rd party data

I have a third-party data source linked to the mcafee siem and I have it configured to generate CEF messages, my doubt is that I cannot find any section in the SIEM mcafee where I can see the CEF messages generated from the third-party data source. Please can you help me?

Re: Mcafee Siem 3rd party data

Within the configuration of your datasource enable the "Log unknown syslog event" option under "Support Generic Syslog".

Also please use the Health Check button in the properties of your Data Source to get some guidance on why there may be an issue.

Other than that, the best help I can refer you to is the generic syslog configuration documentation in the datasource configuration guide:

https://docs.mcafee.com/bundle/enterprise-security-manager-data-sources-configuration-reference-guid...

Once you are collecting something, then you can proceed to working on the parser rules.
